Well Happy New Year To The Lot Of Ya !!

Here we are. 2014 is almost out the door, and that sultry minx 2015 is all ready to slip in the window.
That means Champagne is in order. Especially for the two lucky winners of T Shirt-A-Palooza.
TodaY IS THE LAST DAY FOR VOTING, SO IF YOU'VE BEEN HOLDING BACK, NOW IS THE TIME.

This last year has been absolutey huge for us here at Killman Customs. New shop space, (be it ever so humble) new website, new social media pages, new damn near everything.

You know what's not new, though? Our work ethic, our integrity and our commitment to fellow riders. We're proud of everything that we've accomplished this year, and we're honoured to have been a part of so many riders' lives. We thank each and every one of you. You've made us better, and we're not stopping here!

Merry Christmas From Killman Customs !!

Well well well, big things are afoot in Killman Customs land.
We've been busy little elves on the social media front, with new pages on Yelp, Google+ and a new company page for Linked In on the way. You can see the swanky new links and badges, (no, we don't need no stinkin' badges, but they looked cool, so we grabbed 'em anyways, yarrr), at the top and bottom of every one of our web pages for both Yelp and Google+.

We've also had a crazy come from behind kinda week in T Shirt-A-Palooza! Seems like 9 yr old Isaac Brown decided to come storming outta nowhere, to blow the doors off of this thing!

Isaac Brown is our new leader with 128 votes. We've been getting a ton of positive feedback on this remarkable design, (seriously, look closely at the details) by a 9 year old wunderkind.
Dana Lamothe, of Designs By Dana, is currently in second place, with 78 votes (if you need a little pow in your panties, just head on over to her page for some seriously promographic marital aids).
Jim Carter, of Incendiary Tattoos in Esquimault, is now in 3rd place, with 50 votes.
In 4th place, but still swinging, is Iain Francis MacHenry, of IFM61, with 49 votes. This talented artist, and fellow rider, also has a project bike up for sale on our S Mart page. So head on over there too, and take a peek!
And in 5th place, with 48 votes, Dana Lamothe, again, (Betcha Dana does a little math in her head every time she sees the rankings...).

Not long now before the winners are chosen. So get your votes in, and check back after New Year's, when we'll announce the final results!

Two of these talented and lucky artists are gonna win some cold hard cash!

Ms. Evil Overlord and I are looking forward to a little fireplace time for Christmas. A little Eggnog, a lotta ham, turkey and gallons of gravy, (Mmm... GRAVY!) not to mention all the tinsel the cats can poop. got a new chocolate fountain too, that should pretty much guarantee that peace and goodwill abound. Until Borderlands hits the 360, then everybody gets an exploding rocket in the junk.

Now if you're like me, there's going to come that magical moment for you over the next week or so. You know the one, you'll head out to the shop, to grab a flashlight or something, and it'll hit you. It's nice and quiet in here. No drunk Uncle Randy, or slutty cousin Sally. No screaming, sticky little booger-factories. Just peace, harmony, and the smell of gasoline and motor oil. Savour that moment, my friends. Because in a matter of weeks, (maybe many, maybe few, depending where you live) it's gonna be time to kick that bitch over again. Spring is coming, (Suck it G.O.T.).
That's a promise, from the Evil Overlord to you.

10,000 Visitors !!!

So I'm currently sipping a glass of the very nice "Love Bourbon" that my wonderful Fiancee got for me a while back.

Why am I drinking Bourbon at 9 a.m., you ask? Well, let me tell you. I was sitting on the couch, fiddling with the new smart phone, familiarizing myself with the app for my website. As I watched, the counter for individual visitors rolled over from 9,999 to 10,000.

Ten THOUSAND people have clicked a button and viewed my little website in the six months since I created it. Now I know that in this digital age, there are celebs with 8 million likes on their FB pages, and some of our online visitors are actually bots. But TEN THOUSAND views? That's more people than lived in the whole town that I grew up in! That is just an unreal, humbling number to me. If ten thousand people walked through the door, into my shop, I'd need a new damn door.

I'm just a small fish, started from zero, and I'm slowly working my way up. Built the website myself, having to learn EVERYTHING as I went, (and let me tell you, it wasn't a basket of peaches to do) so this is a pretty flippin' cool moment, Spring is looking pretty good right now. And I'm extremely grateful to all of my friends and clients, (most of whom are now also friends, for which I am also extremely grateful) that have supported me and helped to spread the word. It really means the world to me, and I thank you all from the bottom of my grinchy little heart! I've met some truly wonderful people through my little business, and it looks like I'll be meeting some more.
